Return Eligibility
Because all items at NJLP Design are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.
To report a damaged or defective product, please:
Contact us via the contact us page within 7 days of receiving your item
Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective items — replacements only.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
Please first check with your neighbors and your local delivery service

Please note that NJLP Design is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.
